I think sometimes it's easy to disregard the impact that our surroundings can have on us. We think we're strong and independent enough to not be swayed by other peoples' opinions or images on social media. Well, at least me. I've always felt like I was strong enough, or self-assured enough, or whatever, to not be impacted by the incoming messages pelting me everyday. Recently I realized how wrong I've been.
